INGREDIENTS
- 1 pound thinly sliced Brussels sprouts
- 1/2 small red onion, peeled and thinly sliced
- 22 cherry halves
- 18 walnut halves
- Salt to taste
- Coarsely ground pepper to taste
- 22 cherry halves
INSTRUCTIONS
- Place Brussels sprouts, onions, cherry halves, and walnuts in a 9 x 13 baking pan. Drizzle on the olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste. Roast at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
